  1. Well I started block "A" on 18 ct and found it to be too tedious. After completing about 6 rows in 3 hrs, I realized that I would never finish this project on that fabric. I did not have any 28 ct or 14 ct that was large enough, so I worked on some pieces that I never finished in 2009 and actually got 3 done! (Spooky, Best Witches and a JCs Xmas ornament) This morning I went to my nearby Micheals. No fabric large enough. Later in the afternoon, I went across the river to Joanne's and found a 30 x 36 inch piece of 14 ct Oatmeal aida. So i will start again. Too bad I lost 3 days of stitch time.

  2. I've got my patterns printed and the fabric selected -- ready to begin this week!

  3. I'm ready to begin tonight. Got a look at the pattern: stitching time should not be that much - beading excluded. I will post my A when ready

  4. I've made a start. I am using 18 count Charles Craft Aida. Since I use a scroll frame I will do the beading at the end so as not to roll the beads on the frame. I will work on this while working on several other projects, but so far so good. Would like to hear how others are doing. Thank you Brooke I am going to enjoy this.

  5. Wow, it's time to start already. I have the fabric but I need to cut it and prepare it... another project to take with me on this summer holidays (yes, it's summer over here)
